Terms And Conditions For Dumpster Use:

Construction And Demolition Materials Only:

Does not include hazardous materials such as cans, papers, plastics, cardboards etc. No yard waste mixed in

Managed Solid Waste Only:

Does not include hazardous waste like Tires, batteries, paint cans, thinners, acids, medical waste or asbestos etc.

Containing Building Materials:

Does not include tires, paints cans, oils, thinners, acids, medical waste or asbestos, no shingles, concrete/brick.

Dirt Only:

Does not include any HAZARDOUS materials such as garbage, toxic and corrosive materials, liquid of any kinds ETC.

Concrete Only:

Does not include any HAZARDOUS materials such as garbage, toxic or corrosive materials, liquid of any kinds ETC.

ADDITIONAL will be charges to you if we found any materials NOT related to our Agreement.

Additional Charges:

  • Overload charges minimum $90
  • Managed solid waste/mixed load charge. Minimum $100
  • Move Dumpster- New job site- within (10) mile radius minimum $150
  • Move Dumpster- New job site minimum $100
  • Extended Service Area- Trip Charge outside of (15) mile radius minimum $70
  • Sitting Charges- Additional Days Past (7) day basic rental $15/day
  • Over Weight Charge- Additional Charges (ALL LOADS) $75/ton

Access And Ground Conditions:

  • The CUSTOMER will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstruction) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery placement and removal of the dumpster. PCMT, INC will No responsibility of any damage to any surface and you should therefore take steps to protect surface (e. paving slabs, soft ground) before delivery.
  • Should the container cause damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading. PCMT, INC is only responsible if this is due for our negligence.
  • Should the Customer fail to return the container PCMT, INC maintains the right to enter upon the premises where the container may be without notice and take possession of and remove it at the Customer’s expense all without legal process, the Customer herby waving any claims for damages from any such entry or removal.

Demolition terms

Terms And Conditions:

PCMT, INC required 50% down payment when job started, and 50% upon job completion.

  •  Owner will be responsible for UTILITY DISCONNECTION such as water, electric and gas. Water and gas are required to be shut-off curb location before demo work can be started.
  • Owner will be responsible for ASBESTOS survey and abatement (commercial & Industrial)
  • SEPTICS TANKS and WELL CAPPING will be quoted separately.
  • A LETTER from the owner giving permission to PCMT, INC to demo structure should be signed and notarized.
  • Customer will be billed upon signing as indicating acceptance to requested quotation.
